Paula Patton (born in 1960) is an American actor. She has also directed films like Mission: Impossible: Ghost Protocol. The majority of her childhood was located living in Los Angeles where she came from a middle-class family. Her mom was a film buff and inculcated a love for films in the young girl as well. Paula was active with her school's cocurricular activities and especially captivated by the dramatic arts. Paula was a fantastic actress, and she enjoyed performing alongside her peers. Hamilton Magnet Arts High School produced a number of plays. The actress decided that acting was the career she wanted to pursue. She attended The University of Southern California in a summer program and thoroughly loved her time there. She was awarded a PBS project for three months to shoot documentaries. She started her career as a television production assistant following the completion of this task. Later, she moved on to produce documentaries. Though she loved her job, she still dreamed of being an actor. Her acting debut came by playing a supporting role in the romantic comedy of Will Smith Hitch. In the years since, she has been in numerous famous television and film productions.
